Head of Retail Excellence Ireland and CEO of Limerick Marketing Company to speak at Sligo Chamber Expo
The CEO of Retail Excellence Ireland, David Fitzsimons, and the CEO of Limerick Marketing Company Eoghan Prendergast are to speak at Sligo Chamber’s EXPO which takes place in the Clarion Hotel from 5-8pm on Thursday 30th April.
David Fitzsimons will speak on the recent initiative which saw the transformation of Limerick City as a retail centre and will outline the steps taken in that transformative process. Eoghan Prendergast will speak on the activities of Limerick Marketing Company, a company wholly owned by Limerick City and County Councils charged with developing and promoting the Limerick brand to local, national and international visitors, tourists and investors.
The EXPO is open to all members of the Chamber who are invited to take a stand to promote their goods and services as well as listen to experts in the field of promoting their town and county.
Speaking of the EXPO, Chamber CEO Paul Keyes said “The presence of both David and Eoghan further demonstrates the Chamber’s ambition to “Help Sligo Grow”. The Chamber has long advocated for a more structured approach towards the promotion of all of County Sligo and it will be fascinating to hear from how it is being done in other parts of the country.
